    Well my mothers been there for about a week now and although the place can use some paint the staff is extremely nice and professional. Im reading the other reviews and they are complaining of cosmetics I'd rather have caring competent staff then palm trees and gold plated railings.

    This facility is seriously understaffed...when I call to check in on my mom they (nurses' station) won't pick up the phone and when they do they give vague updates as if they are unsure what's going on (I was also calling from another state). The communication lacks in this facility even though some of the staff like the social worker and some cpas take their job very seriously (which is a great) but overall everyone is not on the same page. When I finally discharged my mother (Alzheimer's patient) I noticed a large scab on her head that I wasn't alerted of and I'm her caregiver. Being that she doesn't speak anymore this is a serious concern for me. Also I noticed several of her clothing items were missing when I came to discharge her and she was only there for a short time span (5 months).

    Worst place I've ever been to. 4 women in a room designed for 2 maximum. As soon as you get off the elevator you smell human feces so strong it makes you gag. They lost my mother and took an hour to find her when I went to visit. They were panicked and locked the building down after 20 minutes of searching for her. This facility would only be good for very late stage Alzheimer's / dementia that don't really know what's going on. Very late stage, end of life would be the only situation that would be even doable for anyone as they wouldn't know how bad it was.

    Don't put your loved ones in this place! Negligence with all their patients. Horrible service! Bad nurses! Dirty rooms with mold!
