    My father and mother have both been residents at Consulate for the past two years. My father was a resident for over a year and passed away last year due to an extended illness. Because of his illness, he was more difficult to take care of, but the staff took very good care of him and always treated him with dignity and respect. Several of the staff even took time out of their own busy schedules to attend his memorial service, which meant more to our family than they will ever know. My mother is still a resident and continues to receive the best care from all the staff. One thing that has been important to our family is the low staff turnover and the communication between everyone. Because of this, we have gotten to know all the staff and have a great relationship and any requests we have are always addressed immediately.

    Do not send your loved ones to this horrid place. They do not help patients get better. Patients just lay in bed all day, in their own soil & deteriorate. When asking questions, you are yes'd to death by the staff but no one knows for sure what goes on. 99% of the time, you can't find anyone to help you. My dad was sent there for rehab due to a fractured hip & also has dementia. He fell in their care & the staff has no idea how long he had been on the ground! We had to transport him to the hospital, in order to receive better patient care & hope no further or additional damage transpired. The facility & staff should be ashamed of their care & negligence. I am so disgusted.

    My father in law spent weeks in this facility. The staff treated him well. Upon our visits we were treated with courtesy. He went home a new man. Thanks to everyone there who took good care of him.

    I just came into this facility just today already noticing weird things. Lots of noise staff cannot be found I asked to speak for someone in authority and no one came no nurse arrives this is a madhouse I don't even see how places like this could stay in business. They need to send someone in here under the disguise and expose them for what they truly are it's a shame what some of these people have to go through I'm not an elderly but I can just imagine what these older people are going through that I see and hear. Someone needs to come save these people and shut them down
