    The courtesy and care was second to none. The staff treated my mother with dignity and respect. They did everything they could to address my concerns and my mother's care. The staff called me on all of my mother's appointments. Unfortunately my mother had to leave the facility for more medical treatment, but her brief stay was awesome. I wish I could return my mother back to the facility but they did not have any long-term beds available. Consulate made her as comfortable as possible..Thank you Consulate for everything. I truly appreciate all that you did for my mother. A very special thank you to Ms. Carla Redwood & Ms. Girlaine Dorvilus who answered my every question and made my financial obligations easier to handle.

    I am at this facility everyday. I am so pleased with the care that they give my Mother in Law. Unfortunately I dont always remember their names but the few I need to mention that go over and above are Valarie and Shaniqua also Regina and Marla. Carla and Josh and the Director of Nursing is absolutely wonderful. Dane who usually transports mom is always cheerful upbeat and so concerned in making sure everything gets done. The Physical Therapist Cindy has always been with mom step by step with encouragement in her road to recovery. Everyone is wonderful I would recommend this facility for anyone that needs a place to call home for mom... I own a Home Care Agency and I refer my clients to Consulate..
