    I selected this facility for my mom after a week in ICU based on the reviews. Some of the nurses and CNAs are great, just overworked. First day my mother was left in the bathroom for 40 minutes. Dr gave me a fatal diagnosis without even seeing my mother, just assumptions from the limited records she had. Communication is very poor. If you choose this facility based on the reviews, I hope you have a better experience than we did.

    Brought my loved one here after 10 days in CCU and ICU early Saturday morning . Told by nursing staff Dr. wouldn't be in until Tuesday and the Nurse Practitioner would be in sometime Monday. The nurse Sharland was rude and arrogant. We wanted to talk to the Dr or Nurse Practitioner and she would not call either. We were lied about the room he would have too. This was choose because of the review page. I wouldn't recommend this hell hole to anyone.

    My mother has been living here for over 2 years and has had wonderful care from the staff. Zabeena and her staff have contacted me any time there has been an issue with Mom's health. I am so very thankful for the great care Mom has received.

    I was admitted to Health Central Park following a total knee replacement. The care I received was excellent. The physical therapy department did an superb job of rehabbing my "new" knee and getting me back on my feet and walking. The nursing staff was very attentive and helpful and the food was very tasty.
