    Working here was the worst decision i ever made, not because of the residents, but because of the management, they treat employees like slaves, 2 cnas per hallway sometimes 10 patients in 400 hall and they all require lift or some source of mechanical lift, no help whatsoever, they claim two people for using lifts, not even the nurses there want to help, you tell them something wrong with a patient and they dont want to hear it, it was a horrible nightmare. I tried working some extra hours because they needed help and they turned around and acted like i had to do it, i complained about having swollen legs and they laughed in my face and told me i needed to eat more watermelon, are you serious??? They need to do a drastic change in their management or lots of law suits are coming, including patients being neglected because the cnas are exhausted. we need a change FAST!! I left ,could not take it pass almost 3 months. I love my job, i love what i do, but Heartland of zephyrhills makes you not want to do it ever again.
