    Social worker was rude when asked questions. This woman should not be working as a social worker. You do not talk that way to patients or family. Rehab was awful all they did was sit around and talk and do paperwork. No real rehab being done. Nurses and staff were under staffed in turn not being able to give good care to patients. Communication with family is absolutely poor. You will see this if you choose to have a family member in this facility.

    Not too impressed with this facility. After doctor's orders were writen to remove catheter, took 3 days for staff to remove. Patient was told to soil himself if attendants can't come to assit to bathroom in a timely manner. After patient was discharged from Moffitt to this facility, he had less exercise here than at Moffitt. Family members had to ask for exercised for patient to do in the room to help with rehab. Family members were not given a treatment plan still after patient was "evaluated", nor goals or time frame for discharge. I don't see motto of Excellence.
