    I feel if my grandfather stays here one more day he will not make it. Their lack of care is astonishing; they go out of there way to be bad.

    If you care about your loved one, do not send them to this facility. As another person stated management is a joke. That is an understatement. You will end up having to care for your own loved one while they make excuses. Prescription glasses missing, dentures missing, clothes missing, no pillows on the bed--- then their excuse is that they want to give your loved one as much freedom as possible. They have dementia!! No, you just want a free paycheck!

    Management is a joke . I have been calling and calling to get a simple paper filled out and it has been like pulling teeth to get someone to help me . Faxes with my personal information have been lost twice now . Insane .
