They are considerate kind and very helpful, they have been good to me and my father.

The reviews are right. This place is where you may go to die. No care or compassion for residents or quality of care. Of the 5 stars listed, one lady gave 5 stars to all nursing and rehabs centers in the area (most like an exec or employee) and the other person is also affiliated with the center and should be ashamed for giving it 5 starts just to boost ratings. Use this facility at your own risk.

This facility is sickening. It was the only available place for us to take my mother after a stroke and dementia took her health. They let her fall and she broke her hip and did NOTHING for 4 days. I would ask why they weren't doing anything for her pain and the would say she wouldn't swallow her medicine. There is no one that cares here. If you have a family member in this hell hole you need to be there everyday and raise cain at their lack of care. I have nothing but disgust for this facility. The only Reason I gave it one star is because you can't post a. Comment until you rate them. I still have nightmares of remembering my mother in that place.

This is the first place I work as a CNA out of CNA school. I read the review before accepting the job. All negative. I didn't think a place could be as bad as the Comments said. I was wrong. I worked there 90 days. It was horrible. The management is horrible. The nurses are horrible. And, the horrible CNAs get hard working good CNAs fired so that they can absorb that person's. The other reviewer is right. This is where a person goes to die.

Fines, Complaints, and Inspection Problems in the Past 3 Years

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
Haralson Nsg & Rehab Center has not received any fines, complaints, or inspection problems in the last 3 years.
