Nicest elder care personnel I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Have been a great benefit to me and my family. They made us feel welcome throughout my mother's stay.

The only reason I gave 1 star is cause I had to in Oder to leave this . The head nurse told me today they had 53 patients And that is why my mother was laying in urine For 3 hours . The place is not fit for an animal. And I have to take my mother to her dr appointment cause they said it takes to long to order a ride. The 72 hour meeting is a joke . The therapist are great. That activities coordinator is wonderful. Please don't leave your loved one here. I'm getting my mother moved first thing in the morning.

Most of the Nurses are just there for a paycheck. They offer horrible care. They have had patients to dehydrate and fall numerous times without even attending to them properly. If you use this facility for a love one pay close attention to them.

Told me they would help and they didn't. Sent my grandmother 4 hours away with no clothes or shoes. Very disappointed.

Great nursing staff and administration. They are so kind and efficient to my dad.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
