    Terrible admissions staff. They don't even know how many beds they have available, and they are perfectly contented to waste over a week of your time before telling you they are full. I must have called ten or fifteen times before finally getting a response. I don't know how this facility is in terms of its healthcare staff, but if the people in admissions are any indicator of overall quality, I would certainly consider another facility. I guess because they're "family owned", everyone has the job security to just sit on their hands and waste a boatload of other people's time. Thanks for nothing.

    My experience with Carrollton Manor was very unexpected. My grandmother needed to be admitted for short term and they denied her. When I called to get a reason, the woman in admissions rudely told me that they DID NOT have to give a reason for denying someone. I was shocked at the rudeness that she spoke to me with.
