    This is a terrible place. DO NOT under any circumstances put a loved one here. DO NOT under any circumstances get a job here. I had the unfortunate opportunity of working here and I'd have to say it was THE WORST mistake I've made job wise. The staff are not only rude to new comers just starting work but also extremely rude to the Residents that live there. There is no team work. Which leaves some nurse aides without things to do and some working and struggling their butts off to get things done. There is not enough staff to take care of resident needs. What I saw in this facility would make you cry and never want to let your loved ones go. Absolutely terrible place.

    Do your research before putting a loved one here! They are full of lies and deceit. Employees for the most part are rude and lazy.They do not care about the patients. I watched a physical therapist yell and make fun of a man because he asked her to repeat herself. No one deserves to be treated like that. I watched nurses gathered at the desk laughing while refusing to acknowledge me standing there needing help! I went to the administrator more than once and they appeased me while I was in there but never did follow up on my concerns. Such a shame that someone owns this place and has so little requards to the welfare of senior citizens in their care. My mama almost died because someone let her lie in her bed when she needed medical care instead of calling EMS . The damage was done, and my mama steadily declined and died a few months later. If you are considering this place. Don't!

    Please ignore the negative comments and come see for yourself. Riverside is a very caring family oriented community and they love and care for their residents. Please schedule a tour and see for yourself!
