The reason I find this nursing home so much better is that when a patient needs something they dont put it off like the others did this is our 3rd one. Only because he went to a hospital and they put him in and they did psysical therapy on him. By far our favorite.

I am working on a lawsuit to sue these incompetant lying idiots who I have almost lost grandmother too due to thier negligence. My grandmother was admitted there after having a hip replacement. After a month of being there they told me she had to go because she wasnt getting better or worse. I went to pick her up they were trying to push me into putting her in a nursing home. I refused and said I could do a better job rehabilitating her then they could do. That she would be going home with me. When the staff cleared the room and I thought we had a moment to ourselves I asked my grandmother if she would be able to walk any when she got home that I might mot be able to lift her. One of the staff violated our right to privacy and was being nosey and misunderstood what she thought she heard and went and told another staff member that I told my grandmother that she better be able to walk and painted me out to be some bad person 2 days later were getting a knock on our door from the Division of Aging Services that said they received a complaint and needed to come in and see my grandmother. I kindly invited her in and introduced her to my grandmother. She asked my grandmother a bunch of questions and told the lady that I take the best care of her. I received an A+ and the lady left. I plan of filing a lawsiut for invasion of our privacy rights slander and defamation. And here is the kicker. they want to say how bad a person I am well I just amout lost my grandmother due to thier negligence when they were suppose to send me with Oxygen for her and even wrote it on the discharge papers but no one gave it to me. A few days later my grandmother who is 91 was suffering and starving for Oxygen I had to call 911 because I didnt know what was wrong with her. These people were very incompedent poor excuse for a rehab facility. PATIENTS BEWARE!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

My grandmother was totally against going into a nursing home. She was very independent, but her dementia was getting worse and she is blind and can no longer walk. The staff there is wonderful. They are beyond kind and so accommodating. She's a very picky eater and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate her preferences. They have so many activities for them. From hand massages to ice cream socials, crafts, and musical singing guest. So wonderful. I was so scared of this transition and everyone has been so great. I would totally recommend this home. The Braly wing is the memory care wing. They are angels!!!

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
