This place is a total dump. Caregivers steal from residents and the level of care is reprehensible.

Wouldn't put my dog in this place. Just go and stay one whole day there...you will see how negligent this place is. Now the rehab is wonderful the ladies working in that department are very attentive and kind but the nursing home is a different story. There is constantly bells going off and people screaming for help (for long periods of time of time) you can forget it if someone needs immediate help. One time I got into a dispute with one of the "nurses" (who was not wearing a badge and refused to give me her name) because she was manhandling a patient to the point they were in tears. Very sad place to be.

Due to construction it is extremely difficult to get in or out of the parking lot

my husbands grandmother is here and one of the nurses started texting my husband whom she is old enough to be his mother and he has grown up with her kids and tore our whole family apart. She's very immature with the way she has handled this being brought out and even thinks it's funny oh and she's on pills... imagine that can't believe this place employs people like that. Do y'all even do background checks?!

The reason I find this nursing home so much better is that when a patient needs something they dont put it off like the others did this is our 3rd one. Only because he went to a hospital and they put him in and they did psysical therapy on him. By far our favorite.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
