    Visited my Grandmother Lois with my family, including my elderly mother, who has passed away from cancer. I have come across records of her "Care" at this place. My mother had a lot of trouble with this place, stating that they were neglectful and uncaring on many occasions. They "stuck" my mother with what I believe to be incorrect charges for my grandmother's care after she died. I have gone through records that my mom meticulously kept in files, recording her payments - which were exorbitant and really should have been contested at that time. My mother was very proud, and did not want to burden me with this matter. I am appalled at the mistreatment that my Grandmother AND mother received as a result of this nursing home's mistreatment. They take advantage of elderly people, and this is completely unacceptable. I worked in a nursing home for 3 years, so I am well aware of what is proper and legal regarding elderly care. Medicare gave this facility a low grade, and so will I.
