    They are very family oriented. The staff is great and the residents are wonderful. Very welcoming and great hospitality. I have been working here for almost a week or so and I love it. If you are looking for a caring and welcoming place to live for your loved ones, this is the place.

    In January we were anxiously packing, sorting and discarding all we thought we could live without. Not knowing what life will be like in this new living environment. Then we moved here end of January, we thought it would be easy to unpack and reorganize to relocate everything. But the truth is the entire month of February and March we are still unpacking, sorting, reorganizing, and finding more things we could live without. However the big difference in how we FEEL now as we go through this unpacking process - we know we have made the RIGHT DECISION to move to Brandon Wilde we are very happy here. A brief description of life: They have a very well run and inclusive exercise program that offers and encourages people of every age, personality and capability a chance to choose the exercise that fits their needs. I really enjoy the yoga, tai chi, and the special 'power and progress' class specifically designed to help those with Parkinson's disease. They even have an aqua-balance and water aerobics class in their gorgeous salt water pool. Dick is crazy about the pickle ball, pingpong and golf opportunities in which he has been involved. Additionally they have an extremely diverse and well rounded selection of other programs spread throughout each month which offer a variety of programs that are either mind broadening, educational, relaxing, or mentally challenging that can both entertain and stimulate the senses. To top it all we seem to be surrounded by happy, caring people (both staff and residents alike) all day long. All the people who work here seem to genuinely care about our well being regardless of whether or not it may have created inconvenience for them. Anyway I am not trying to make a sales pitch for Brandon Wilde. Just telling you what our first months' experience has been like.
