    DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! They will not get proper care. The place is full of people who put a nice face on for family visitors, but all they want is your insurance money. Dad was there for 3 weeks recovering from a hip fracture, he also has Parkinson's and dementia. They had his medication schedule messed up for two solid weeks, which prevented him from being able to get effective PT. We complained continually about the importance of his med schedule. After two weeks of poor results in PT, he finally got on his medication schedule. They then released him 10-days later because Medicare wouldn't approve our appeal!!! While OT is supposed to get him taking care of activities of daily living, he never once used the toilet there. They wanted him to use the restroom in his adult diaper for 3 solid weeks! Some rehab. I will be filing a formal complaint with Medicare and the State of Georgia Facilities Licensing Boards to bring this to light. We are so disappointed and FURIOUS over this Medicare mill!

    This is my new home as of March 14, 2016. I love it here making my own decision to spend the rest of my days at Pruitt Healthcare Fairburn, a very nice and clean nursing home. To God be all the Glory as He continues to look after me, my family and friends. In spite of all my failures He has continued to bless me and use me here as Chaplain and most importantly He has forgiven me of all my sins and I will live with Him in heaven. I do pray that my entire family will be there too. I love each of them so very much. I also love Jan with all my heart. We are divorced in the eyes of the civil government but we were married in the Eyes of God and before Him I believe we still are. There's more but not here and not now but one day it will be very clear.
