    This place is a dump!! My mom was here from Thursday - Monday. She had a Physical easement Friday morning. A Dr visit. Friday and nothing but a nightmare after that. no help. we noticed Emergency calls beeping for more than 2 hrs for other patents and ignored by staff. every one was very nice. but I could feel a sense of neglect in every corner. Sunday my mom was told that management would be there on Monday. Monday rules were in place and workers were bustling around showing good work ethic for management. it was a nice dog and pony show to watch. My mother checked her self out. that was the only attention she got. they were promptly get her prepared to leave for more than 3 hrs. Food is literally slop. bugs on the bed and walls. Lysol and bleach wipes are a must for your loved one. and prepare to take your own food. Watch for name changes for reputation sake. it hasn't worked before and it wont work now. Kindred change your staff. pay them like a pro and you will get a pro. stop hiring illegals who cant speak English. Pay a staff. get that stinky old carpet out. update. stop being so greedy with all that money Medicare and insurance money.

    Not good. Day of admittance there were no nurses available to assess my dad and no medications were given . They stated there was another patient that came in at the same time. So I guess that patient got all his needs met first. My father had an indwelling catheter. Most of the support staff are not skilled in proper care of these. This resulted in the catheter being pulled from its original placement and caused urine to back up into bladder causing pain. We ended up going to emergency room. At this point my dad had 4 days left on his room authorization. We were not sure how long we would be in hospital. After tests were run he had an infection that required IV antibiotics. Kindred decided he was not coming back and without calling me to inform, they gave my dad's room to someone else. His belongings, some of which were stolen were bagged up. My sister went to get his things due to the fact the hospital stay was going to be longer than his last 4 authorized days of rehab. She went to his room and found another person in there, THAT WAS THE FIRST WE KNEW THEY DISCHARGED HIM. So unprofessional. And thanks to them my dad got another week in a hospital. STAY AWAY.

    The place stinks every single time i go in there to see my ex mother in law....over heard a lady saying "please can i go to the bath room" and over heard a worker saying shut up... The place is horrible...wish her son would get her out of the hell hole...Jennifer

    Beyond horrible!! No phones in patient rooms, nobody knows what is going. It was quarantined last year and patients were not allowed to be discharged..... Google the public records on the facility!!! Ask your admitting physician why you are being admitted to this facility? A good physician would never admit a patient to this facility unless there was $$$$

    I am appalled not only at the apathy of the nursing staff, but the Resident Doctor Dr. Wendy Goza trying to sell me hospice care for what she described as the End of the Road for my dad even while their own staff including therapist and case worker did not think he needs it and when we told the specialists they were extremely alarmed. My father was extremely unhappy there and my family was extremely disappointed in the care he received and I will certainly not recommend that place to anyone. The occupational therapist was stellar and she is the saving grace for this place. Its sad but the places we need compassion the most, we get it the least. Rehabs should be full of kindness and consideration and this place was the opposite.
