Nurses are good but theres nowhere near enough for the amount of patients. Adminastrion needs to hire more help. Wouldn't recommend for family members.

I can't go into to much detail all I can say is, it has some living people here but there is only so much they can do. Advice if you choose to put a family member in a home. Take a walk through. Talk with employees. Look and watch. Yes they do love their patients, they do all that they can do! As far as Physical Therapy they are awesome. I will say it's been a long ti.e since I have been here, but please follow advice above before placing your loved one anywhere

I did my CNA clinicals there and I thought the place was nasty becuase there was only one shower, it was very hot and muggy inside, and the CNAs never brushes he residents teeth. I'm not trying to be rude or negative, but that's just my opinion.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
