    I used to work here. The CNA are over all great people but is constantly over worked and as an result we was constantly under staffed. The higher up never really cared and would often make us do more work as if we didn't have a lot to do in the first place. Oh and a word of advice. Do not take your lover ones here if they already have problems. If you think they are going to take care of it, they will not. Any new problem mostly will go unnoticed so check them regularly. Oh and the images above is not images of the Renaissance Center. Those are images from the other buildings next to it. I know, I have been in both, they are just owned by the same people but both places are run completely different ways when it comes down to finances, government pensions, and of course care. These images are deceptive for a reason.

    One of my main concerns were a male patient going in and out of the room of helpless female patients.The place had a sick odor and definitely was understaffed. The Altzheimer patients needed more care than they received. I would definitely NOT recommend this facility

    The associates have tasteless behavior. Very inconsiderate for the visitors. Nicholas was worthless on his conduct/cursing at me. I think he should be fired, for sure.

    I've been here to visit and this place is waay better then most...I saw no bugs and most times it smells clean or they are cleaning...if it is messy the individual tenent is messy and requires extra attention...if you visit your family you would see that..I don't expect paid workers to be family...be there for your loved ones.
