    These people are NICE!! I've been in healthcare for 20 years. Everyone is always trying to make more money, but these people really care about their patients. Above all else. I've seen some of these other reviews and all I can say is that's not been my experience. The DON is very up to date on the patients, the administrator is super easy to talk to and everyone really cares about the job they do.

    I have been in the facility and watched the staff, they are so loving and caring, for residents that have no family they b ring things into them including clothes, shoes, each resident got a Christmas present from the staff. The staff really do care about the residents and go above and beyond for them

    If you have a Love one that you truly care about, DO NOT SEND THEM TO THIS FACILITY! These are the most unprofessional, understaffed people that I have ever delt with. My love one went in healthy and later died. I constantly had to stay on this facility staff about my love one. I never saw a RN or Doctor on duty..EVER! They only have CNAs working there and they are so rude and disrespectful when you call to check on your Love one. If you call after 5pm you won't get anybody with knowledge of the condition of your Love one (Half the time they won't even answer the phone at night, if they do they will hang the phone up on you). PLEASE TAKE HEED! I don't want anyone else going through what I delt with! I spoke with upper management on numerous occasions and all I got were Lies about how they were working on getting a better staff (WHICH NEVER HAPPEN!) I could go on and on about this place. I know for a fact they did not properly care for my love one during her time there! (Amazingly some of the staff did talk and tell me things that didn't line up with what upper management was telling me)
