    My aunt is a resident aunt Arrowhead and I my must say that my family and i were skeptical at first about placing her but this journey has turned out to be a pleasant experience and a smooth transition! The staff is always nice and any issues or concerns that we have are addressed promptly.

    When arrived for my tour of the facility the receptionist was very friendly. During my tour of the facility Ms.Wilson I believe her name was.     I love this place. This is my second time here. This time I and here for good. This is my home. I chose to live here because I love the people here. I have been here almost 2 years and I have no plans of going any other place. Your loved ones will really be taken care of. I love all the activities that go on especially the choir.

    My papa is in here, both him and his roommate HATES it. His friend said "I was fine at home, they just sent me here to die." Don't let some of these people fool you. Freaking 2.8 rating????????? Can't wait till my momma will be able to get a better home for my papa to move in with us. Instead of suffering..

    Everything about this place is horrid. The burden of having an ill loved one should be lightened by the level of care they get from these type of spaces. This place did the opposite. I do not recommend anyone put their loved ones here.
