This nursing home is not professional they don't properly care for their patients my mother was there she had so many complications just being in this facility. We would aware the nurses that there was a problem and they wouldn't treat my mother they wouldn't send call the er. My sister and I had to literally dial 911 for ourselves for our mother's sake they allowed to not be able to breathe properly they put feeding tubes in her they didn't turn her they never turn the machine off my mother's Lungs were filled with the feeding. I work in healthcare this is the worst place possible to ever seen anyone that you love or care about the nurses are rude and ghetto everyone should be fired here someone needs to take over this facility and make proper changes to care for the patients

This facility is not worth taking any of your family members. They are very incompetent and did not take care of my sister in law . She was a beautiful and loving person who is no longer with us due to lack of care from this facility.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
