    If you love your loved one do not place them here!! My father in law went from smiling, happy and full of life to being in his death bed in 7 months. I suspect negligence but since we live so far away we can't prove it. Horrible staff and very unprofessional! Please for the love of your loved one look somewhere else!!!!

    THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THE STAFF ANSWER THE TELEPHONE LAUGHING AND SOUND LIKE THEY ARE EATING AND HAVING A PARTY. WHEN I TRIED TO SPEAK TO UPPER MANAGEMENT, I AM GIVEN SOME PERSON THAT IS RUDE AND COMBATIVE AS THOUGH SHE IS ANGRY ABOUT SOMETHING AND VERY PROVOCATIVE. THIS PLACE REALLY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED. I HAVE TIRED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THESE PEOPLE WITH NO AVAIL. PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE LOVED ONES UNDER THEIR CARE.
