    My grandmother has been here for the last few years, she has been treated very well. The facility seems clean and well staffed. We always enjoy our visits and the staff makes us all feel at home. Thank you all so much for taking care of my wonderful Grandma.

    We have been sitting in my mother-in-law's room, waiting for anyone to respond to the call bell. We hear people walking by, and see their shadows under the door, but not a single person has stuck their head in to make sure that she is not lying on the floor. It has been 15 minutes since we hit the button. How do they take care of their patients? This is ridiculous. There is no intercom system, so no one can answer and ask if they can help. You have to wait for someone to notice the light and bell and take a minute out of their joking around outside to come in and check on a patient. The beds are the old hand crank style, so a patient like my mother-in-law, who cannot get out of bed, cannot adjust the head of the bed themselves. The toilet in my mother-in-law's room does not work. Oh, and we are now going on 20 minutes since we pushed the button for help. Very sad.
