    Wish I could give no stars it's the worst place for your loved ones. Out of all the staff I dealt with there were 3 women who were amazing and went above and beyond to try to help but Dr. Primrose is part of the reason why my grandma is no longer with us! Never would recommend this place even to my worst enemy!

    Do not send any one you care about here. My relative went here and the night staff gave her a pill for insomnia, which she never had. The pill was a strong hallucin. They turn your relatives into zombies here. Your loved one will end up with no mobility, slurred speach, and they will act out of it. The rouse is they give insomnia medicine to patients who have to go to the bathroom at night. The night staff just doesn't want to work and make up lies. This place should be reported to the state. The people are all bed ridden there. Advocate for the people you love. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE....it's a horrible horrible place. The staff there will kill your loved one. Pray for the poor souls that unfortunately have to stay there... Jesus ?!!! This rating should be negative 900. Horrible place!

    My mother has been a patient here for~ 5 years. Overall the staff are great. My complaint is with the food. You would think that if you pay a place ALL except $50 of a person's income, somehow they would be fed food better than, not worse than prisoners. Therefore, I bring in a lot of food for her so that she will not be hungry.

    Awful facility, the food is worst than prison food and they will not preform therapy on the patients. They are content just letting them sit there until they die!

    Staff is not very kind or helpful. Food looked awful during the visit. Older people living there were not being looked after and a man nearly fell out of his chair. I don't think I would place a family member here.
