My brother was a resident there about a couple years ago. The place was very pleasant . The staff was very generous and helpful. It was a new experience for my family and the staff made it very comfortable for us. He was there for rehab and the team there was great he was able to get back on his feet . The place made us feel like home. My hat off to the staff of Roberta healthcare and Rehab.

My mom is a patient here and she is very happy with the place . She says the staff are good and they have good hearts. The food is very good. We are in the process of taking her home and they have been great in helping us this transition.

General Public, I have a heartfelt appreciation for the administration and staff at Roberta Health and Rehab. They have a first-class, credible operation; in addition, they are going above and beyond the call of duty in providing skilled-quality care for my dear mother. My mother has major health problems, but the administration and nursing units represent the epitome of excellence upon improving the quality of my mother's life. Furthermore, the staff provides effective communication to me when dealing with my mother's affairs. I truly thank them for their superb service. Marcus Early, Ed.D.

I would like to say that Roberta has taken care of my brother for several years. There has been times we didn't see eye to eye on things. Most petty stuff. I am proud to say my brother was well taken care of till his passing. I had staff come to me crying over him leaving . That tells me they cared. Thank you Staff for all you did for my brother y'all will always remain in my prayers as I learn how to go forward without him.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
