NHC is a great provider of care for patients and support for family. Your concerns are ours . We will work with family to help them understand our daily care for their family members. You're always welcome to call and check on your love ones. The therapy department is great. Come on out to visit and let us take care of your family member.

Have been working for NHC Rossville for 3 1/2 years. The residents are my family away from home. They have been with me having 2 little boys and are always thrilled when the boys come to visit. I love the people I work with, otherwise I would not make the 45 min drive one way to work. I look forward to many years to come.

Nhc is an amazing facility from top to bottom. Everyone I have had to deal with, from management to CNA are kind caring and considerate. The way they care for the patients, the way they interact with each other. They really are a great help and get things done. I recommend this facility , absolutely.

Fines, Complaints, and Inspection Problems in the Past 3 Years

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
Nhc Healthcare Rossville has not received any fines, complaints, or inspection problems in the last 3 years.
