    Terrible place. Let my grandmother sleep on dirty sheets for 21 days, which was her entire stay there. If I could give this place a zero I would. DON is nasty acting. My grandmother did not get a shower for 3 days. My grandmother was still forgetful due to anesthesia and could not answer questions but defiantly knew what she was talking about when she told me she hadn't showered. They told her she couldn't shower because the heater in the shower wasn't working. DON said maybe my grandmother "refused" to go with the aides, which was a lie. They also never helped her too the best side toilet at night. I caught her taking her self on night. She is never going back to this facility. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE. I DO NOT CARE WHAT THE DOCTORS SAY, DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM. TAKE THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE.
