We were down from Sandersville GA.for a family reunion on Fri was leaving back out on Sun. My Husband got sick and had to go to E.R. which turned into him being hospitalized. The E.R. staff took good care of my husband and made sure I was comfortable. My husband was taken up to a room. Our experience while we were their was awesome staff was helpful pleasant professional and knowledgeable about the care of my husband. He had a awesome doctor and nurse that explained everything to us.They made sure my stay was comfortable and assisted me in anything I needed.Over all we have no complaints thanks Emanuel Medical for all your staff have done during our stay.

Worst experience of my life. The nurses and registration were so rude. They made a big deal because we had a crowd of people going in and out a few at the time. I wouldn't go here if I was dying and it was the last hospital in the world.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
