    After a botched surgery at upson medical center I am currently at harbor view. The nurses and cna's are mostly very good and actually care about your medical condition and help as much as possible. I have been in a bed for 1yr &3 months straight up only to get weighed and want to Macon to have another surgery that's worthless,but that's the Dr's fault he recommended it, Dr Busbee is a complete idiot and he is the doc that treat's you here, that's the major drawback about being here. You can go and see your primary Dr.they do provide transportation. The place is very clean and under renovation now. The food is ok not great but u can always have someone bring u some food from home or u can order out. All of the staff that I have met and talked to try their best to make sure your needs are met. Clean,friendly staff, Nice rooms and can bring your own TV and has great Wi-Fi. I've recommended it to my dad so he could get some respritory therapy here for a week so you know I trust the nurses and cna's,and therapist and staff. Just have your own Dr .

    During my fathers time at Harborview he suffered tremendously with bed soars and a fractured hip due to a fall in this facility, which was not detected until he was sent to the hospital for a infection that turned out to be MRSA. He complained often about pain from his hip, we were told that the facility did a in house ex-ray, and nothing showed up. I would not recommend this facility, the only reason I gave it a 1 star is because it "would not" post without it!!!
