    They work with mom, making her feel involved with what they do. Giving her choices and let her be herself. Mom likes the big font oom where she can visit with her 'neighbors' and watch TV. The cafeteria with options of what to eat and ability to push the doorbell to get stuff from the kitchen. Makes her days happy. Staff is nice. Visits with her and other Residents. Mom feels at home. Lots of activities. Can't wait to go sit in the garden with mom.

    HORABLE PLACE TO WORK & to have your family there the management SUCKS, they can 't even keep staff. And they don't clean the residents & the nurses are out side smoking more then they take care of there residents BRING YOUR Family members TO THE ALVERNO.

    This building has come such a long ways. They are under new ownership and it has made such a difference! They truly put the patients first and are always coming up with new and fun activities! Definitely don't count them out when considering options.
