    Midlands Living Center has the best staff and pride themselves on that, rightfully so! This can be seen by their attentive nature to each resident, variety of fun events for their residents and their families, and their motivation for each resident to strive and if possible transition home or to another community if applicable. Their staff is knowledgeable about each resident and leadership's goal to have the best staff says a lot about their standards and determination to be the best at what they do. Each time that I visit Midlands, I am welcomed with a warm smile and all of the positive memories of when my grandmothers were well taken care of here in the past. I appreciate their dedication to seniors in our Council Bluffs community. Great Job!

    Midlands Living Center took excellent care of my grandmother. Their staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The focus is truly on the residents and meeting their individual needs. They are very easy to work with and willing to explain things at each step of the process which removes a great deal of the stress.
