    An exclemantay atmosphere almost like a play , the usual bare minimum staff residents.wetting them selves & sitting there for hours. There are some av wesome staff butt they are just agancy people that come & go, I have family I unfortunately need to make this hard decision. I may be better in car litter & a blanket. It will get rid of the bed bugs at this place

    I worked here for a year. They didn't really give a damn about employees or even the residents, they only cared about making as much money as possible. I know this because they decided to add as many residents as possible and refused to hire on another aid, so there were 40 residents to be taken care of by only 3 aids. This meant that no matter how hard we tried we could not meet the basic needs a resident has, like going to the bathroom. A few residents resorted to taking themselves, walking by themselves which is very dangerous. I explained that to the administrator and the DON, and a few days later they still loaded more residents onto an already exhaustive work load, still with only 3 aids. Of course though administration has changed and virtually every manager is someone new, so sunnycrest could be better now. Just a few months ago though, I would never even think of letting someone I care about to be a resident there in good conscience.

    At best a 0.5. Yes, less than one. Corporate was uncaring, dishonest, and unethical. It's sad because Dysart is a nice community:(

    New administration has made this nursing home a great place. The nurses and cnas are caring and create an upbeat atmosphere. The addition of pet therapy has put smiles on the faces of those that rarely smiled before. It is like a breath of fresh air. Don't be afraid to send your loved one to this "home town" facility.
