    I would like to Thank all of the staff at Fort Dodge Health and Rehab for another amazing Halloween "Trick or Treat" night this year. You all went above and beyond to entertain your residents, their families and members of the community. The decorations were amazing, the games were fun and the kids loved the activities. A lot of work went into this and I wanted to let you know how appreciative me and my family are. Props to everyone who helped decorate, set up the games, make the food, get the prizes and candy for the kids, make sure all residents had plenty of candy to hand out to the kids and to everyone who participated that night in the activities ?

    Treats everyone who walks through the door like family. Food is amazing, fun activities are held daily and the new therapy room is built perfectly with brand new equipment. Therapy staff makes getting stronger fun and is willing to work with anyone in the community. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for long term care or rehab.

    Ft Dodge Nursing and Rehab has friendly -helpful staff. The residents are well cared for and staff give residents loving and dedicated care. From my experience many enjoyable activities are provided and resident food choices are taken into consideration at resident requests. It would be a home well worth considering if one has a loved one needing placement.

    Its great seeing improvements in the building. there is always something new when I come to visit. So pleased with the new therapy equipment. It makes getting stronger fun verses a chore. The food has really improved in the last few months! Thank you for always being friendly when I come to visit!
