    They forgot to hook my grandmother back up to oxygen and did not ensure she had her call light prior to leaving. Due to this she nearly passed out and we're lucky she didn't fall or worse. When trying to address this with the administration we were labeled as complainers and basically told that we hope your grandmother leaves because you are too much trouble. Please try to find another place for your loved one to go.
