    Where do I even begin? The owners, QHC, are horrible people. I have worked here and had loved ones here and I would never recommend this place. There are always staffing issues, the budget has been cut so many times that the residents get subpar food, basic supplies such as briefs and pull-ups run out, call lights can't always be answered, no use of chair or bed alarms per careplans. And some sketchy money management. Horrible place! QHC either needs to sell this to people who can run a business putting the care of the residents first OR they need to close down!

    Have a relative that is a resident. He needed to go to the bathroom and the CNA said just let him go in his pants and then ill change him later. CNAs are continuously complaining about their jobs in front of visitors and residents.... Sometime s to visitors. That is wrong and it makes the residents feel like a burden. Place stinks of soiled clothes and rotting food. Not well managed or staffed. Recommend finding a better facility for your loved one.

    I'd give it zero stars if I could. Smells of human waste, CNAs treat residents like they're an inconvenience, no routine care plan meetings, will not produce resident's accounting documentation when requested, does not complete critical care plan paperwork in a timely manner, residents' belongings are frequently "lost" and never located. CNAs complain about work conditions, problem residents, and their lives in front of residents and visitors. Could not get loved one out of this hell hole fast enough
