    They all treat my Mom wonderful! So kind and caring. There's always laughter and smiles when I go to visit. And they even let her keep her dog with her ?

    The 6-2 cna's and select few from other shifts are very good. They care fore the residents and have a true connection with them. However, QHC treats their employees like garbage. The nursing management is to worried about ?? with eachother that they let residents go days/weeks without proper treatment. The CNA'S report problems that will go days, weeks, months on end and nothing will get done about it but once some "important" finds out about it the CNA'S automatically are to blame because "There's no way you reported that and no one did anything about it." I am truly sorry to all the reaidents and their loved ones that think they are getting good care. It really is sad that such a nice place has turned into such a disgrace. House keeping-joke. Laundry-joke. The only department that has anything good going for them is the kitchen THANK GOD FOR THAT!

    When your told last minute you need to stop on a dime, travel 60 miles for submission of mandatory paperwork, and you have to bring your own tv, that's all I need to know. By the way, the only thing in life that is mandatory is dying. Taxes are optional...

    My brother is young for being in a place where he needs care and when i first looked at the place i thought it wasnt very fancy but it smelled clean and since my brother got to know the nurses he is very content he would rather be at home of course but he knows that isnt an option they treat my brother very well he just loves the help they are the best and that is all that matters.
