    Teton Post Acute Care & Rehabilitation is a complete joke. Understaffed and no concern for patient health and safety. My Moms feeding tube was changed by an employee NOT wearing gloves. She was left laying in urine. An employee was kind enough to swab her mouth with water and left the room with the swab still hanging from her mouth, she has very little use of her hands and arms so needless to say as I walked in she had nearly chocked on the swab. I honestly felt that a Doctor owned facility would have a higher standard of quality. Bot was I wrong. I would never recommend this place and I regret ever bringing my Mom here.

    This place is understaffed. Due to this, my grandparent suffered a UTI because she held her urge to urinate for two hours at a time while waiting for a staff member to assist her to the restroom. It took them 7 hours to follow the doctors' orders to obtain a urine sample to test if she had a UTI or a kidney infection. They are so understaffed that it took 4 hours for them to get her a glass of water. They had nothing documented in her chart about her progress or her day-to-day operations. The lack of communication between the nursing/aid staff is astonishing. Some nurses/aids came into her room without any idea about her condition or her restrictions. I feel horrible for the people that are taken to this facility that do not have family there on a daily basis to make sure the staff are doing what they are supposed to.
