    They have several events during the year that they family can attend, such as the 4th of July celebration. It is usually held a day or two before the 4th so it doesn't compete with other celebrations. They serve typical fare, hotdogs, hamburgers, potato and macaroni salad, baked beans, chips, and a fresh fruit dessert. They have either some live music or dvd's with a patriotic theme. It is held in the park like area that is part of the property and it is always nice and cool under those trees. It's a very enjoyable break for the residents, family, and staff.
