    I stayed at Aspen Rehab twice in 2012 following two total knee replacements, and again in 2016 for a total shoulder replacement. I have recommend Aspen to many of my friends who have also had very positive experiences at Aspen the way I have. The facility is spotless, the staff experienced and caring, excellent therapy twice daily, good food, every detail seen to. Many of the same staff were there four years after my first stay, which speaks highly of Aspen's ability to retain good employees.. The whole atmosphere is very loving and caring, outstanding staff see to patients' every need at all hours. If I have another surgery which required in-patient rehab, I will return to Aspen.

    My Mom has been recovering from knee surgery. She needed her strength back to return home safely. They have been wonderful to her. She loves the staff. Everyone is so nice and attentive. The facility is beautiful and clean. She really enjoys her meals prepared by a chef. It has been a positive experience for us all!!

    Our family has had not one, but two terrible experiences here. My grandmother went to Aspen Rehab after a knee surgery and received poor care and was dropped by the staff when they were trying to move her. My grandpa was there recently after being treated for an MI at St. Luke's and such subsequent kidney failure. He was given way too much fluids and no one was checking his output or swelling in his lower extremities. Luckily a family member noticed that his legs were weeping and called 911 to transport him to the hospital. He is still in critical condition, hoping that the mistakes at Aspen don't cost him his life.

    If you need a place to recover after surgery or illness Aspen in Meridian is the best place. Their employees go the extra mile to make sure you receive the care you need. I have stayed here two times this past year and they made me feel like family instead of a patient.
