    I came her two weeks ago with a hip complications. I recieved excellent therapy. The therapist were very good and made sure that i understood that process would be slow. I would recommend this facility to others.

    I have been working at ManorCare Arlington Heights for 13 years. I love what I do and the people I work with. The team at ManorCare Arlington Heights saved my life. When I started to feel weak and didn't know what was happening to me, my coworkers became my first responders and saved me when I was having a cardiac arrest. ManorCare has been my Family and continues to support me while I rehabilitate. There's no other place that compares to ManorCare for fantastic care, compassionate and nd kind people.

    Worst care for rehab. Only one excellent nurse (Julie) in the rehab section. Otherwise, no one is around. My mother in law waited 45 minutes for assistance until finally someone showed up on Saturday. They pass the buck from person to person. No one came into her room for over four hours today, and on Sunday, no personnel or nurses on her side of the building until 3pm, when the competent caring nurse, Julie came in to check on her. One whole wing without anyone in the morning at the nurses station. So if you press for assistance, you are out of luck. The wound care lady told my mother in law that the nurses would teach and assist her, and that wound is not done by her. HUH? The HVAC system is terrible and uncomfortable. Every area is a different temperature and a very damp smell. Top Admin don't seem to really "get it" on staffing correctly.
