Superb, attentive care was given to my mother. Every aspect of her physical and mental health was professionally and passionately addressed by the staff at Alden. My mother improved faster than was expected due to their excellent, knowledgeable care. Also, it was nice for her to be surrounded by such a pleasant, positive staff. I would highly recommend Alden.

SHAME on The Alden Network for not providing the treatment its employees deserve. No pay raises in 3 years? That is ridiculous to hear from CNAs who work hard to clean and feed family members. This is an extremely greedy corporation who doesn't care about the people who are taking care of your loved ones. I am disgusted that this selfish company does not respect the very employees who actually earn them their money. I DO NOT recommend leaving any family here and if you currently have someone here, please take them elsewhere! If the employees are treated very poorly, I can't imagine how they treat your loved ones! 0 stars

If I could give this pathetic establishment a 0 I would. If you care about your family member, don't place them here.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
