    I agree totally with all the one star reviews. My mom was there for 2 weeks before she passed back in 2000. I was so mortified by this place and the lack of care for my mom who was on a ventilator that I can't write anymore. THIS PLACE IS DEATH. Please don't put your loved ones here EVER!!!!!!!?????

    We were very unfortunate in bringing our mother here. The staff is uncaring, ignorant and rude. At first glance when you are admitting your loved one a big show is put on. Once they are in they treat the residents absolutely awful. Do not make the mistake of bringing anyone you care about to this place.

    Mom y mom was here in 2007-08, we arrived after being at a fancy place that specialized in weaning off vent. The fancy place couldn't do it, got here in end of sept mom was off vent by the end of October, were amazed they did this with ease!! Then got Mom walking and talking!!!! We had a nurse Sandy (she was in the SVC lots of tattoos) Andie was our resp therapist and terry our social worker! All staff were wonderful! Mom went home after here and lived almost 8 years!! If any of the staff are still there good job!!!

    They neglect their patients horribly. They failed to send my dad for his cancer tests, and he had huge bedsores. His cancer is now terminal, and my dad feels it is because they failed to send him for the scan He needed and treatment couldn't be done without the scan. He said they put him in bed and leave them there. When I went to get my dad's belongings it took almost an hour to get his things, 6 people stood at the desk and ignored the man wanting his diaper changed. I was petrified by the way these people talked and treated those poor patients. They got my dad's social security checks and refuse to return my calls about where his money is, since he was suppose to get an allowance. Even while he was a patient they would not return my calls. Now they are getting his checks, he's no longer there, and they refuse to return my phone calls. Half of my dad's belongings are missing. Do not put family here. They will be neglected!

    9 years ago, my father was here. Just for 3 weeks, the staff and CNA's were friendly. His room and bathroom were clean. This nursing facility was alot better than the one in Bridgeview, IL
