    Okay let's start off by saying this facility needs to be shut down immediately. The staff is HORRIBLE ,DO NOT SEND YOUR GRANDMA ,MAMA,GrandDad ,DAD ,Dog or Cat there ...They don't take the time for each patient needs ,or concerns.My mother is a patient there ,and she was left on her bed pan for 45mins. That is no way that should happen to anyone .My advice to the staff is to treat people like you would want someone to treat your parents or love ones . Karma is something ??

    This place is a disgrace to nursing homes and the elderly. My father's room had no heat for 8 days and nights in November 2017. Multiple staff was informed but no one would investigate. After learning the heat was not on and turned on, I complained to the administrator. He seemed concerned on the phone but 5 days later, a staff member left his bedroom window open all night with the room reaching frigid temperatures. Other things that happened was a chemo pill was dropped on the floor and left there, unable to get him any fluids for more than 12 hours after being admitted, staff was asked about a vending machine for water, we were told there was one but it was for employees only. Staff was rude and uncaring. Staff was unable to tell us if the nurse or doctor was on premise on any given day. The machine was broken to assist with moving my father from his bed to his chair. He was diabetic and when he was served food not appropriate for a diabetic, we inquired and were informed by staff that they don't offer special diet options. If you must admit a loved one here, make sure someone is there to be an advocate for the resident. Even then, it's a very concerning place.

    My father was recently admitted here for rehabilitation. The first night his charger was stilen, wasn't given any medicine for 14 hours, the nurses do not coming when the call light is pushed until over an hour later, and they have made him late to his appointments. Do not recommend this place to anyone

    Overcrowded rooms that are filthy. Staff always shorthanded. High turnover of staff. I have seen bloody bandages lying on floors and on window seals. Rooms so small that you can barely move if 2 beds in a room.
