    Bottom of the barrel. Staff does not seem to have the baseline medical knowledge they should for their levels of licensure. Incredibly lazy staff, combative administrators, patients constantly complaining that their things are being stolen. I have personally witnessed a patient wandering around with an uncovered colostomy stoma leaking feces up and down the hallways with staff doing nothing. Staff is very difficult to understand, rough with patients, extremely unprofessional (crude language and always yelling,) never helpful to EMS crews upon their arrival to fix the terrible care (so many bed sores due to lazy employees) staff has given.

    Like all place you have your ups and downs physical and occupational therapy are great mat is awesome carolina is wonderful I would recamend this place to everybody they have alot of activities they just need more help also for administration orlando has a lot on his plate but always professional about it I give him 7 stars anyway this is a wonderful place and I THANK GOD FOR THIS FACILITY.
