    I am furious! I my brother has mental illness. He has been there since August. I took him out for his Birthday September. I gave them a list of his medications. And 3 sets of clothes. I go to see him. They lied and said we didn't receive the list of medications. My sister gave it to them personally. My brother was always quiet and well dressed. I went to visit yesterday he was wearing girl clothes and unable to communicate with me. This is a dangerous place. ?

    i called there to receive information on on some services. I was transferred around. When I got to human resources she was rude, unprofessional and hung up on me. I will never send anyone there they are too unprofessional over the phone let along in person. the poor service speaks for itself. I have heard and seen many workers and residents there and they all say the same thing.. just horrible.

    Our mother, Jean, was a resident on the second floor of BRIA of Westmont's memory care unit. She was a patient that had dementia and on Sunday, September 9th, 2018 she choked to death and died. All we were told from the staff at BRIA was that our mother was unresponsive and paramedics were working on her. The awful truth only came from the first responders that were tirelessly trying to save our mother's life. They informed us that she had a good deal of food inside her mouth and that they had to use forceps to remove a large green pepper from her trachea. We don't have answers from the staff and no one can explain how our mom with very severe dementia choked to death while being monitored in a room that was staffed with five employees? Additionally, it took the staff two days to contact our family after her death and interestingly enough they still had not spoken to their employees that worked on that fatal Sunday night to find out what happened to our mom. An interesting response from a member of BRIA'a administrative team (who was not working that night) stated, "They didn't serve green peppers". As a human being I was appalled that this individual did not have the decency to tell our family that they were sorry for our loss or share any condolences. If you have a loved one suffering from dementia that is currently a resident in BRIA of Westmont's memory care unit on the second floor or looking for a facility please do your due diligence. We are speaking on behalf of our mother, who we love dearly and whose life was cut short. We are also speaking for the residence that sit silently and can't speak for themselves. We are trying to prevent this tragedy from occurring; so another family doesn't have to go through the anguish and pain we are suffering. Please share this with as many people you can.     This place is the worst place ever they have only one elevators in the second floor they mistreat the senior they take their clothes leave them naked, also they do t feed the people or give them their medicine. When family come over they act they are doing a good job I won't recommend nobody to put their family their also the employee smoke inside the building.

    Went to visit a family member and it's the worst place I've ever seen I think the Cook County Jail is a better place to live then this place.
