    My great aunt was transferred here from the hospital. I've found the people to be warm, caring, friendly and helpful. I feel they're taking good care of her. When I asked her what she thought of the place she said, "They're very nice here" She's 90 and still speaks her mind.

    This is the worst they are nasty have no supplies I had to cut up sheets because it was no towels residents was left in pissy sheets treated badly and we had like 30 people a piece at night mind you it was only 2 cna they start u off with 12 they have roaches and have food old food In the basement and on the floor state comes in there all the time DO NOT WORK OR BRING YOU LOVE ONES THERE

    One of the employee's recommended this facility for a love one. I went to the facility and it was an amazing experience. The staff was warm and pleasant. It was something that I didn't want to think about as it related to my uncle being admitted to a nursing home however, they made me feel as if my love one would be well taken care of. The facility was clean, the rooms are nice and the management team was great! Well Unc, I think I've found what I've been looking for. A home away from home for my love one's.

    Spoke to the head of nurses for night named Connie.. Disrespectful in tone and content. Symphony dropped the ball and she added oil to fire...Lack of professionalism....Disappointing...

    Went to visit and I was totally amazed at how the staff treated the residents. I literally saw the director named Andre Crittenden interact with this older woman as if she was his own mom. You would have thought he was her son. Then he went out and bought the residents special treats out of his own pocket. To see this, made me give this facility 5 star reviews because you just dont see & meet people like this anymore!
