    The CNA's at dinner pay little attention to the patient questions on food . They act like they are going to miss their meals. Some are very pleasant . As a visitor I have lot of residents ask for me to assist them

    Trying another method to gain attention for their lack of attention. My sister is currently in their care. It is 2PM and she hasn't been washed up today. She is in total paralysis and is dependent on care. Her therapist is leaving because she can't go to therapy unwashed. No one answers the phones and I've witnessed the lack of response when the call button is pushed. I am uses this forum and others to voice my complaints. Now let's see what happens.     This place smell like urine. And they're not allowed to spray. Now some of the staff is very nice. The Cna have bad attitudes and see the call light going off and will not answer on time .The activity ladies really try at make it fun for them and get them all interested in doing things. But management is a hot mess. I remember a couple weeks ago when the TV was not working on my grandmother's floor. It took almost 2 weeks to get another working TV in the dining room for them. But if it was up to me I will move her.

    This place is horrible. Ring the button for somebody to come and they never dont. Ask them to do something they never do. If they had a option for no stars i would've put that. These people work there just for a check not to help others to get better....????
