    after 2 strokes I was very weak and ended being hospitalized for over 6 months, I requested to be transferred to a therapy facility where I could become more mobil and get my strength back. I was admitted to different facilities but at the end I found d the best. It's been really hard and stressful but I am moving much better than before and have several friends that are in the same situation than me but we are fighting and will get much better. I want to thank everyone at Symphony for helping me and Hopfully I will be going home soon. thank you you my CNAs and Nurses, Mr Edgar and the rest of the third floor.

    Had a great experience at Midway while i was there. It was my third visit and everytime was just like home. I would like to give a special thanks to all the staff from the first floor for everything they did for me. I left several friends but i was happy at the end. Thank you to Manager Edgar for all he do for us, Laura the Nurse and to my beautiful CNAs.

    They never answer the phones, Its very hard to impossible to get your family member out once there in there. They say they have to call the doctor on call but they never want to call back for a relase. They lie about setting up a meeting reguarding evaluation. They keep giving you the run around when it come close to his or her release. Smells like urine & feces in hall ways and in some runs , they are very short staffed

    I've been here since 2016, its been a journey with my condition but I'm finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. My social Worker Jacqueline has worked pretty hard to find me a place to live after this recovery and now I'm almost on my own again. I'm going to miss everyone here at Midway but its time for me to go and do my own thing. Thank you to the Nurses and the therapy team who got me to walk again, and thank you to The director Edgar who was able to get all the paperwork I needed for my new place. God bless.
