I had my father in law here. The staff was very caring and took very good care of him all the way till the end. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I have taken over the housekeeping department and since I have done this my entire department has done a great job with cleaning and eliminating the smells out of the building. We have a great CNA and nursing staff here they all care for the residents with all there hearts, we are one big happy family here and do all we can to take care of your loved one.

This home is beautiful and well kept. Residents and staff alike welcomed me .I watched dedicated staff engaged in resident care with that personal touch. The staff definitely care about their residents. 4 staff members introduced themselves to me. They told me proudly that between the 4 of them, there was over 100 years of nursing experience. In this healthcare environment, with its staffing challenges, that's extremely rare. This home clearly is doing something right.

While visiting my friend today the residents were in the dining room eating lunch. Several residents commenting about how good the spaghetti was. The facility was clean. Facility planning on opening the ice cream parlor soon, can't wait!!

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
