    My wife was in this place. I can't call it a rehab facility or nursing home. They neglected their duties and oath to take care of her and others in their charge and care. I found the whole place was dirty. I have to say that I will not be recommending this place. I can only say walk around the whole place you will see and smell and hear what I have said to be ture.

    My grandma was staying at The Villas to rehab a broken leg. She was doing very well in physical therapy, completing all of the activities the doctor said were required for release. The Villas was supposed to contact her doctor for her release, but never did. We contacted the administrator twice, but she was rude and dismissive. At some point they failed to give her the appropriate blood thinners and she developed clots in her legs. The staff let her lay in bed, in pain, for a WEEK before ordering the test "ASAP" to diagnose the clots. Thankfully nothing dislodged or else their negligence would have killed my grandmother. A broken leg should not be a death sentence. They were also supposed to complete a test to confirm a UTI, but the sample is still sitting in the fridge 5 days later. More unnecessary pain with no medication. On a happier note, the food is TERRIBLE and not fit for human consumption. The best meal she had in 6 weeks was potatoes with something that looked like puke on top. This place is unhelpful, uncaring, under-staffed, and negligent. I read through the positive reviews, but the only ones are by people who work there! Do no let anyone you care about go here.

    Unless you want your grandma or whoever to die. Do not send them here... My grandma was just sent outta this place to a hospital thank god! She has a UTI, Pneumonia, and her magnesium and iron are low. The staff are very arrogant and rude. They said nothing was wrong with her when she couldn't stay awake for more than 30 seconds....? If it hadn't been for me and my father who's been in the medical field for 30 years going there they probably wouldn't have sent her to the hospital.

    Gardenview Manor and the Villas is a wonderful facility. They are highly professional and compassionate home with short-term or long-term options for patients and families. They have an exceptional therapy company and state-of-the-art short-term rehab to home area called the Villas. The Villas are well appointed and have fireplaces in the rooms, luxurious baths and private verandas. I would highly recommend Gardenview Manor or the Villas to anyone who is in need of a short or long-term facility. The staff is professional and compassionate and the food is hot and delicious and they provide a fresh salad bar with many options served daily.
