    My sister has been in 3 different occasions. The office staff is very nice. The nurses and aides are very caring and friendly. Therapy is very helpful and caring. They are the best around. All employees are right there. Housekeeping and maintenance are included. I would 100% recommend this facility!!!!!!!

    I have a friend that is at Fair Havens for therapy. The nurses are caring and everyone seems to really like what they do. The support is endless. The facility looks, smells, and feels clean from the moment you walk in, and I'm always gracefully greeted by the girl at the desk. There are lots of activities that are provided, and therapy is positively adamant about getting the people to work with them. The place as a whole is truly inspiring. Highly recommend.

    Once upon a time...that's how stories begin....Fair Havens Christian Village is by far the best choice I ever made ...I have been there three times since 2017..hip,both knees ...for rehab..there nursing staff and rehabilitation department is GREAT...i waont go anywhere ....i have experienced several others...with my mother and husband...THE STAFF AND SPECIALITY DEPARTMENTS AT THIS FACILITY DESERVE ALL FIVE STARS.......????

    I struggled with putting my loved one in a nursing home. I feel like you never really know what kind of people are working at nursing homes, and It is hard to trust young people that you do not know. I must say that the workers at this nursing home are very caring and most of them I have no doubts about, which is extremely re assuring. The 4 station is always nice to my boyfriend and I when we come to visit. the food they serve needs a little work.. but the birds are one of our favorite parts. The girl at the desk always has a smile on her face which is also very welcoming and the therapy people are always a riot to talk to. I recommend this place, I feel as if my loved one is safe here and that makes me extremely happy. Well done Fair Haven.

    My 93 year old father is at Fair Havens and never been in need of assistance. The staff are very interested in keeping our family up to date. My only real problem is following our request for CPAP nightly and my father waits for a long time from night time assistants to be turned or go to the bathroom. It is sad to know after he pushes his button for help, he feels likes he waits forever and watches the clock.
