    Needs better staff.... seems some people are there for just a paycheck than to actually care about patients most do care but it only takes a few to ruin it.....if your in a wheelchair don't plan on going into the bathroom to use it there is no room .... a lot is outdated......the wound care is exceptional and physical therapy is very good considering what equipment they have to work with but just speaking the truth also Ben , Ida , Roxanne & Cindy do wonderful job's

    My uncle is here due to being a vet he's also a hospice patient. Anyone thinking of bringing there loved ones here are making a GREAT choice. They are wonderful and attentive.     If you are trying to get rid of a loved 1?! Then send them to this facility! But if you do care & love ur family member.. PLEASE really do research! I wouldn't ask the Citadel to watch or look out for my pet cockroach with a broken testicle or ovary .

    Was just hired today. I am a stickler when interviewing. I watch employees and residents to see how everyone interacts. Front desk receptionist was very nice. Every cna and nurse said hello. DON was very nice, interview went great! Hoping for a positive work environment, having fun and team work! Didn't seem like a stressful environment to work in. Facility looked clean and tidy. ?

    Met with my Mother and Uncle today to discuss hospice options for my grandmother. Facility was nice. Everything seems cleaned and operational. Good security. some of the furniture and decorations are a bit dated but not really important. Sherry was extremely helpful, attentive and answered ALL of our questions. Will update with any new info later.....
